In the following you will find templates for legally binding declarations from the calendar year 2023 for the authorised representative or foreign system participant, which you can fill out and sign if necessary as part of your system participant audit.
The legally binding declaration can be signed by the system participant or the authorised representative.
In the “To name/company” field the company to which the confirmation is addressed must be stated.
In the “For name/company” field the system participant who is completing the form or for whom the authorised representative is completing it must be stated.
